KINDERGARTEN

      I am so excited to be your kindergarten teacher! The best part about my job is that I am surrounded by tiny humans that make me laugh every day. This is such a precious age and I can not wait to get to know your child and have fun with their individual personality. 

      This will be my 14th year teaching. I did four years of teaching first grade, and this will be my tenth year teaching kindergarten. All of my teaching experience has been here within Manatee County. 

       At home I am called "bruh" to my 13 year old son Knox, and I am called "mommy" to my baby girl Minka. She will be 2 in December. I love being a mom and it has taught me to treat every child as if they were my own. I know how important it is to trust that your child is being loved on, even in difficult moments.  

      I love being inside the classroom with the kids. I love reading them stories and crafting with them! When I am not teaching I love to go on walks, binge watch Netflix, do art with my son, craft, read, or simply do some back porch sitting. I do love to cook but my skills do not surpass dinners like grilled cheese, tacos, and spaghetti. I still enjoy it though!
